Oh, that Nausea!

It's frustrating when my mind and heart are cheering me on toward my running goal, but my body likes to call in "morning sick." I would really like to exercise at least 4 days a week through out this pregnancy, but I don't know if that's going to happen during the first trimester.

Luckily, the nausea calmed down today, and I was able to run outside. I ran 3 miles in 34 minutes, which is a little over an 11-minute-mile. I'm SO grateful that I'm feeling better today.

    1. Thanks, Riannon. I'm looking forward to the end of the nausea stage. Some days are definitely better than others.
